These Master Data Protection Terms (“Master Privacy Terms”) lay down the foundational data protection architecture, security frameworks, and regulatory mandates that govern all interactive data flows within the Adorphic programmatic exchange network.
These terms apply universally to any company, publisher, advertising entity, or data management network (“Marketplace Partner”) that links to or implements Adorphic API endpoints, script tags, SDK structures, or OpenRTB connections. These terms act as a baseline umbrella governing all shared digital personal data.
To ensure precise compliance mapping based on individual marketplace integrations, these Master Privacy Terms direct partners to specific operational schedules based on their system identity:
If you interface with the Adorphic network as a Demand-Side Platform (DSP), programmatic buyer, advertising network, or agency handler, your processing operations are strictly governed by our specialized Data Protection Addendum (Demand Partners). This schedule establishes independent controller parameters for automated real-time bidding loops.
If you operate as a primary supply-side partner, direct digital publisher, or inventory aggregate network embedding Adorphic script performance code into web, app, or CTV platforms, your relationship is governed by the Data Protection Addendum (Supply Partners). This layer enforces end-user consent collection mechanics via IAB-approved CMP systems.
Regardless of the specialized schedule applied, all Marketplace Partners processing data alongside Adorphic agree to enforce these continuous safety standards:
Regulatory Adherence: Partners shall ensure complete standalone compliance with the UK GDPR, EU GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and all applicable localized global privacy directives.
Security & Threat Abatement: Implementation of rigorous technical, physical, and administrative measures to neutralize risks of data leakage, credential manipulation, or unauthorized scraping.
Data Minimization Principle: Processing of pseudonymized digital identifiers (e.g., cookie values, mobile identifiers, truncated IP routing metrics) must be restricted strictly to active real-time transaction validation and ad delivery optimization.
Adorphic reserves the right to revise or update these Master Privacy Terms to reflect evolving privacy regulations or technical shifts in the global programmatic space. Notice of material policy shifts will be issued through our partner dashboard network or updated at our primary documentation nodes.
