The role
You will keep Adorphic's bare-metal, globally distributed infrastructure fast and dependable. You will own latency, uptime, and the operational health of systems that never sleep.
You will build the observability and automation that let a small team run a large fleet, and lead incident response when it matters. There is room to shape infrastructure strategy as we scale.
What you will be doing
- Operate and improve our bare-metal, colocated, globally distributed infrastructure.
- Own latency, uptime, and capacity for real-time bidding services.
- Build observability, alerting, and automation to run a large fleet with a small team.
- Lead incident response, and drive the reliability improvements that follow.
- Manage networking, provisioning, and deployment across colocation facilities.
- Contribute to infrastructure strategy alongside the founders.
What we are looking for
- Three to five years in site reliability, infrastructure, or systems engineering.
- Experience running low-latency production systems at scale.
- Strong Linux, networking, and automation, including infrastructure as code.
- Comfort with bare-metal or colocation environments is a strong advantage.
- Calm under incidents, and rigorous about reliability.
- AI-native in how you work, using modern tools as leverage.
