The role

You will build the models behind the Lode signal, scoring the intrinsic quality of media against the recognition it receives. The work turns messy bidstream signals into a measure the market can trust.

You will take models from idea to production, measure their impact rigorously, and iterate. You will help shape the modelling roadmap with the founders.

What you will be doing

Design, train, and evaluate the models behind the Intrinsic Quality Index and Market Recognition Score that make up Lode.
Turn raw bidstream signals into robust, reliable features.
Take models from notebook to production, with monitoring and retraining.
Work with data and backend engineering to serve models into live bidding.
Measure impact carefully, and iterate on what actually moves the metric.
Shape the modelling roadmap alongside the founders.

What we are looking for

Three to five years in applied machine learning or data science, with models shipped to production.
Strong Python and the modern ML ecosystem, with a solid grounding in statistics.
Experience engineering features on large, messy, real-world data.
Pragmatism about what genuinely improves an outcome.
Ad-tech or real-time systems experience is an advantage.
AI-native in how you work, using modern tools as leverage.
