About Adorphic
Adorphic is a media technology company that measures the intrinsic quality of digital media and amplifies what the market has overlooked. We work with partners across the ecosystem, connecting undervalued media with the demand it deserves.
We operate in programmatic advertising, with 70B monthly ad opportunities, 40K+ websites and apps, and 100M+ diverse audiences in our ecosystem. We are crafted in the UK, minority-owned, and building something the industry needs.
The role
You will own the pipelines that turn billions of daily bid events into clean, reliable data. Your work feeds our reporting, our partner insights, and the signals behind Lode.
You will care about data quality and cost as much as throughput, and partner closely with the machine-learning team. There is room to shape the data platform as we grow.
What you will be doing
- Build and operate batch and streaming pipelines over large volumes of bid and impression data.
- Model and maintain the datasets behind reporting, partner insights, and the Lode signal.
- Ensure data quality, lineage, and reliability across the platform.
- Partner with machine learning to deliver features and training data.
- Manage the cost and performance of data infrastructure at scale.
- Contribute to the data architecture alongside the founders and the team.
What we are looking for
- Three to five years in data engineering, ideally with large event data.
- Strong SQL, and a data-processing framework such as Spark or Flink, with a language like Python or Scala.
- Experience with columnar stores and warehouse or lakehouse patterns.
- A genuine care for data quality and reliability.
- Ad-tech or bidstream data experience is an advantage.
- AI-native in how you work, using modern tools as leverage.
What we offer
- A hands-on seat at a company that is genuinely growing and getting strong feedback from the market.
- A direct line to the founders, and real influence over how the platform develops.
- Remote working.
- A competitive salary plus a bonus tied to net revenue growth.
